Once I reach my natural shade can I stop using Shades of You?

No, you can not completely stop using Shades of You. You must continue to use the products in order to maintain your radiant glow. You may however, cut down to once a day once you reach your desired shade.

May I Cancel or adjust my order?

All orders may be canceled prior to shipment. However, once an order is shipped we cannot cancel it. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact customer service immediately. Once an order has shipped we cannot be responsible for errors in shipping address. To cancel an order, please contact customer service at 1-800-SOY USA1 during our business hours of 8a-8p (CST).

What if I am missing products from my order or I receive a product that was damaged?

Please contact us at 1-855-SOY-USA1 as soon as possible during our normal business hours of 8a-8p (CST). Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued.
