Shades of You will accept your return or exchange of unused product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed. Shades of You is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Please note that Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. Gift wrap charges and any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Shades of You reserves the right to change the return and exchange policy at any time.
1. Call us at 1-855-SOY-USA1. Provide representative with Name, address, purchase date/amount and reason for return.
2. You will then receive a return verification number and ship by date.
3. Repack the merchandise with the original packing materials and write the verification number on the sales slip and return with products.

5. Mail your package using a traceable and insured shipping method; we can not accept C.O.D. deliveries. The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of shipment.
6. Once the merchandise is received, please allow 14 days for a check refund.
